Whenever you start a qBraid Lab instance, your user directory needs to be synced from cloud storage buckets to your active session. The File Sync extension displays the file download status when restoring your session from bucket storage. This extension indicates the synchronization progress and helps you understand the time required for your files to sync from cloud storage.

File Sync States

The File Sync extension displays two states:
  • Syncing: The files are currently being synced from bucket storage. This state shows the percentage of files that have been downloaded, allowing you to monitor the progress of the synchronization process.
  • Synced: All files have been successfully synced from bucket storage. Your session is fully restored and ready to use.
